Common problems
My agent says 401 unauthorized.
The token is wrong, revoked or was replaced. Create a new one in the console under Settings → Tokens and update the environment variable your client reads (usually WEBPILOT_TOKEN). Restart the client if it loads MCP servers at start.
I get 503 browser_capacity.
All browsers on the host are in use and none could be freed in time. Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After and try again; the SDKs do this for you.
A result says site_read_only or needsApproval.
Your site rules make that site read-only, or the action needs a person. This is working as intended: change the rule in the console if the agent should be allowed, rather than having the agent find another way.
The browser is not logged in any more.
Sites expire sessions. Log in again with browser_login from the vault, or by hand in the live view, then save the session (browser_session_save) so the next run can load it.
How do I check my setup end to end?
From a clone of the open-source repository, run node bin/cbu.mjs doctor --url https://api.webpilot.si --token cbu_…. It checks TLS, the token, MCP, a tab and a viewer link, and prints a fix for each failure.
How do I delete my account?
Write to support from the email address of the account. We confirm, delete the account and delete its data within 30 days.
