Privacy policy
What personal data webpilot.si collects, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
This policy explains how Clane AI ("we") handles personal data when you visit webpilot.si or use the hosted WebPilot.si service. For the data your browser holds on your behalf, we act as your processor; the data processing agreement covers that.
What we collect

Your browser's content
Your browser profile, saved sessions, downloads, recordings and vault entries are stored to run the Service for you. Vault values and saved sessions are encrypted. We do not look at this content, except where you ask us to for support or the law requires it, and we do not use it to train models.
Cookies on this site
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep you signed in, plus a preference for light or dark mode stored in your browser. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Who else processes data
- Stripe for payments.
- Our hosting provider for servers and storage [provider and region to be confirmed].
- Our email provider for account emails [provider to be confirmed].
- Anthropic, only if you use server-run tasks: the task's goal and the page content the model needs are sent to Anthropic's API to run it.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export and delete your personal data. Most of it is in the console; for anything else, write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

We will post changes here and, for material changes, email account owners first.
